Data Debate – Protection of children and adolescents in the LGPD: interpretative challenges

As part of our special Children’s Month schedule in 2021, we held a debate on data protection for children and adolescents at the Brazilian General Data Protection Statute (LGPD). The event was attended by Elora Fernandes and Filipe Medon, from an article they recently published on the subject, and with interventions by the debaters Rafael Zanatta and Júlia Mendonça, from Data Privacy Brazil Research Association.
