As a result of the project “Expanding the role of public defenders in data protection in Brazil”, executed by the Research Association with the support of Fundação Ford, the ebook “Building paths for data justice in Brazil: the role of public defenders in the protection of personal data” seeks to highlight the Brazilian structural inequalities as challenges for the protection of personal data and access to justice,  and the role of the Public Defenders in the realization of rights.
