Lawyer and sociologist with a Master’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology (PPGSA/UFRJ). Research on the intersection between personal data protection and public administration, especially security and surveillance issues. Previously worked as a researcher at the Digital Studies Lab (LED/UFRJ) and currently works as coordinator of Assymetries and Power at Data Privacy Brasil.
