Lawyer, Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE and graduate student in Data Protection Law from the University of Lisbon. With national and international experience in projects related to law and technology and Internet Governance, she worked at the Organization of American States, at the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission (CITEL-OAS), and was a researcher at IP.rec – Institute for Law and Technology Research of Recife, MITACS Globalink Intern at the University of Sherbrooke and Summer Research Scholar at the University of Auckland. A UNICEF Brazil and Fundação Estudar volunteer, she is also a Youth SIG member at Internet Society and an ISOC Brasil member, where she is part of the working group on intermediary liability. She was a researcher at Data Privacy Brasil Research Association.
